This is a aerobics/dance based class set at a lighter intensity, suitable for beginners or for someone who has not exercised in a long time. We will dance to a range of different music from swinging 60s to current chart and pop tracks.

A combination of dance and aerobics. It’s great fun and set to a variety of music from current chart tracks as well as some of the older classic throwback tunes. It is a high calorie burner, which will have you strutting, jumping and shaking your booty to catchy and simple choreography.

Using a stability ball, this class will challenge balance and core stability levels, helping strengthen the whole body. It will improve muscle tone and flexibility, as well as help to improve posture and body alignment.

About

My name is Catherine Gerrish and I have been teaching classes and personal training in Gloucestershire for over seven years now. I have always had a passion for exercise, health and nutrition from a young age and the hunger to want to learn more. I strive to keep the classes fun, yet challenging and also offer different levels for all abilities. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness levels, increase your strength, lose weight or just want to de-stress in a friendly environment and make some new friends then come along and join me at one of the classes or book in for a 1-1 session for a personal training consultation. I like to arrange lots of social events and outings, including theatre trips, fitness weekends away in Torquay and Christmas parties etc so hope you can join us at one of the classes or one of the social events soon. NOTICE

Class Cancellations/Changes:

No Pilates on Friday 16th November at 11am at St Johns Church as the hall is in use. 

No Dance Fitness at 9.30am on Saturday 1st December at GL3 Community Hub.

Events:

February 2019 Fitness weekend away in Torquay

£120pp for 2 nights, three course evening meals, buffet lunch on the Saturday and breakfasts included at the 3* Carlton Hotel

(Friday 15th  – Sunday 17th February 2019)

Full day of classes on the Saturday and use of gym/spa facilities throughout your stay (15% off treatments booked in advance on a Friday and Sunday). We will be dressing up on the Saturday night and the theme will be 'Musicals'

£25.00 required payable to Cath to secure your booking. I will arrange a coach leaving on the Friday at 11.00am from GL3 Community Hub and picking us back up from Torquay at 11am on the Sunday, the coach will be extra, let me know if you would like a space.

XMAS PARTY

On Friday 14th December at the Jurys Inn Cheltenham

Get into the festive spirit and dance the night away, including three course meal and a disco.
